Our Personal Testimony
When we first put the Solar Comfort Infrared zoned heater to the test, we were able to see its financial performance. It was hard for us to believe that 4 infrared heat lamps could really run at about $1 a day and $30 a month. Well it was true for us!
Being that we were only on wood heat we could easily see the results. No gas and no electric heat other than our wood burner and the Solar Comfort heater were used that month. Our bill went up only $31 and some change.
My wife would not want to be without the unit. With our primary heat being wood, she would enter our downstairs (tri-level) to a chilly home. See our wood burner would be fine during the evening but by morning it was out and the chill was in.
In addition, during the day our fire was not on as we were at work. So again we would come home to a chilly house. Natural gas was just TOO expensive to run and our baseboard heaters were also expensive and insufficient.
So now we come home to a warm home, are warm during the hours we are awake and my precious wife has a warmer morning rise so that she can be motivated to move around and get us all ready for the day!
